Your order will be shipped to you by United States Postal Service unless otherwise selected. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Our shipping cutoff time is approximately 12:00 MST. If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Omni Bio Solutions can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local Post Office.
Your order delivery method is determined by the price of your order (before tax). You’ll find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping Information page within the shopping basket. If you are offered free shipping, we provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee.
All orders are insured and shipped free via United States Postal Service.
Omni Bio Solutions will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
Signature requirements for delivery:
Omni Bio Solutions will ship any order under $5,000 to an APO / FPO address. Blue Nile ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. For more information on shipping to APO / FPO addresses, please visit our Military Shipping page.
Omni Bio Solutions offers shipping via FedEx International Priority into 45 countries. The selection, pricing and serums available may vary based on your final shipping destination. The purchaser is responsible for all tariffs and taxes imposed by the country of import.

You can return or exchange purchases from Omni Bio Solutions by mail regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in a retail establishment. Please call or email a customer service consultant to let us know that you are returning an item so that we can start the process of refunding your money or exchanging the item. Sometimes it is not always necessary to return an item for credit or exchange.
We would appreciate a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Depending on how the serum was purchased, if the customer requests a refund ilo of replacement, we will refund the amount due to the credit card on file. If the customer paid in cash or by check we will issue a check within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
If the customer requests a replacement product, the new product will be shipped within two business days of receipt of the returned product at no charge to the customer.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Omni Bio Solutions is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
